Is there any way I could get a snail for my 5 gallon tank which I will hopefully be getting? An apple snail sounds rather large, more of a smaller one, as I will probably get a filter and change 25% of the water per week.

There are different types of apple snails, pomacea brigesii is what I have and they grow to less than two inches across.

If it is just one snail and a betta that would work fine.
