5 Gallon Tank, Filter Or No?

Hello!

I was just wondering if a filter is necessary for a 5 gallon tank with 2 ADF's and a betta maybe. I've read some places that I should have a filter no matter what if it's over 3 gallons but then I've also heard if it's over 10 gallons. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you

I would definately use a filter. Especially when frogs are so messy.
