5.5 gallon tank

I got a new 5.5 gallon tank, and i would like to have a hood for it. it came with a glass cover that folds in half, but i doubt any light would be able to go on it. does anyone know where they sell lights/full hoods for 5.5 gallons

i havent seen any at any of the fish stores ive been too, but io guess if you realy wanted u could get a 20" one and just have it be a little too big

I have a little 12" hood with an incandescent (screw-in) fixture for my 2.5g. I'm using one of the new screw in compact fluorescent bulbs (13w). They work great for smaller tanks.

Just another option to consider if you can't find a small enough standard fluorescent fixture/bulb.

there are tubes for those tanks. Their i think 12 inch tubes. Check a hardware store or a chain store
