400 Litre Stocking Is This Ok?

so in my planted 400 liltre tank i want to put in.............................
2 clown loaches
1 rainbow shark
1 or 2 oscars? dunno how many
wat other fish could u put in there preferably a shoal or mayb shrimp??
plz help

oscars in a planted tank is a no no, they will distroy the plants if not straight away, as they mature,
whats the tank measurments

i can put plastic plants in and tht would b ok tho
i dont no the exact measurments but finding out soon
could u put discus or angel fish in there

Dimensions are 60.4" L x 24.8" H x 20.4" W

I would go for;

1 Oscar
1 Rainbow Shark
at least 3 Clown Loach

and then something like a Severum or blue acara or Firemouth or some Dithers such as a shoal of Tinfoils or Silver Dollars
and then either a nice plec or bichir
