I used bacterial starter that even stated that it allowed for the instant addition of fish but I waited 2 days after I added it to get some fish and I didn't add the fish all at once. Thanks for your concern though and Happy Fish Keeping to you as well
It is unlikely that your tank is cycled. Get the master API test kit and you will likely see the ammonia go up then nitrites then nitrates. I recommend testing every day and using Seachem prime so as to make the ammonia and nitrite less harmful to any fish you have. Leave the filter alone for a few months so it can establish the right kind of bacteria to deal with ammonia and then nitrite. If you have to clean it clean it in a bucket of tank water. Don’t clean it with tap water! I did that when starting and caused a bacterial bloom in my aquarium. The chlorine in tap water can kill beneficial bacteria and have to start over at square one.
Those quick start bacteria bottles indicating immediate addition of fish is the hard way of cycling a tank because you need to do a fish in cycle. I really enjoyed the troubleshooting but if I knew I would have done a fishless cycle so my fish would be at less risk. Good luck!

GH is more important than pH. This why we keep asking for your tap water GH. You have fish that come from hard water and some that come from soft water. One group or other will not be happy.
I know this first hand I had neons, otocinclus catfish, rummynose tetras, and ember tetras with guppies and mollies. My mollies and guppies always were sick, unhealthy and miserable looking and they always died fairly quickly (not immediately, but a few months in) I later learned that they have way different water requirements and though are compatible personalities and behaviors they shouldn't be housed together.
