It would probably grow, but incredibly slowly, that's hardly any light for such a big tank.

How many WPG is natural sunlight? lol, i just wondered

You cant answer that question! What you can say is that sunlight reaches the earth surface at around 198w per square metre and has a kelvin of around 5500k.

Perhaps in that case we should think about trying to get a certain watts per square metre over out planted tanks rather than WPG?
