30 Gal Sw To Fw Transformation

So a while back I decided to change my 30 gal SW reef tank into a FW community tank.

Here is my journey...

SW fish and corals out...ready to be cleaned

A few hours of scrubbing later...

Filled up and with a new layout using stuff I had lying around..now I just needed fish

After much deliberation on how I would stock the tank I decided to go with a heavily planted theme with bogwood...

It is now filled with Guppies who are happily breeding and Barry the Sailfin Pleco.

Yes I know he will outgrow the tank but I have another, bigger tank waiting to be emptied in the next week or so and he will be going to live in there.

Let me know what you guys think as your opinions mean alot to me

That certainly is a transformation! The tank looks fantastic, you should give yourself a pat on the back!!

It seems a shame that it will probably be closed down in a few weeks.

Hopefully with what I learned setting this tank up, when I plant the bigger tank it will be even better!!
