They also share the tank with Neons, Apple Snails & Various Juviniles

I have another 4 girls to go in, 3 in QT and 1 thats a little small

it used to be a pain over here too getting hold of any but VTs & PKs, now however i have an importer on my door step! (Betta Boys) its great as i can actually go and view the fish before buying them :good:

Very beautifull tank and a wonderful home for your females. Get the snails out though. They carry germs and worse, they will mulitply beyond belief and your tank can become infested with them. I learned that the hard way. LOL.

Frogs, snails, crabs, and any soft or hard shell marine animals are not good for a community fish tank. Frogs are the worst at carryin diseases and crabs are bad with that too. Snails carry deseases too but not as bad as Frogs and crabs. They just multiply way too fast.

The snails have been in ther a few months now and theres sitll the amount i put in, i also know theres no disease and such on them as they were home bred by someone locally

Hi there, thankyou just what I wanted toi see....absolutely beautiful fish. I have thought of names to give you a hand, dont worry if you dont pick them though...just what i thought of when i saw them

copper red hm....Rusty
Black Orchid.....Opium, Lily,
red blue.........Flame, Flare
black gold...well black gold was oil when people struck it rich, so Olive Oyl
Gold DTHM .......Moonbeam, moonlight, Aura, Angel

and as for snails...there are some snails which are good in an aquarium, for one use apple snails....itsthe ones that come in with plants you gotta watch, and easily sorted out, just put a clown loach in there for a month...no more snails!...in a normal community tank that will be ok with loaches of course

Well they've all settled well, the Gold/Black Marble is new Alpha, no suprise due to her size!

The gold DTHM looks like a Meringue to me ;) They're all gorgeous. I'd love to do something like that when I have the space
