2Ft Tank

6" per fish?
I don't have Bettas, but that doesn't sound like enough room to me.
I know they don't need as much space as a lot of fish but 6" wouldn't give them much room to move.

I think some people do it, sausagewinkle and lilfishie both have divided tanks (ok I know more people do) but it might be worth asking them about their divided section sizes.

Me I wouldn't be happy but that is my choice.

What do you think?A 2ft tank divided into 4

Happened to go into your favourite LFS on Wednesday evening, they have an awesome deep-blue crowntail with red tinges in stock, you will love him.

I know I bought yet another one on Wednesday lol I've got a red one on hold, they're nice price too :) what do you think about my plans for a 24 by 12 by 12 inches sectioned into for? :)

So long as there is NO space whatsoever for any of them to bypass the dividers, and get into each other's sections, then I don't see why not. It's happened to at least two forum members recently.

£6.80 for a halfmoon? Tails need to grow a bit before you'd call them a halfmoon, but even so.

Can't stop thinking about that CT, though.

Im not sure how long my divided tank is but I know its 125litres and its divided into 8 sections. I feel my boys have enough space, although im sure others will think different. :D

A section of the tank...

See I would have guessed thats about 6" between the dividers.

At the end of the day it's up to you what you go with, so long as YOU are happy with it. Someone will always say it's too big or too small and someone will always say you should do something else. If you feel it's big enough then you go for it.

Thanks peeps your input means a lot :)

Whoops nearly forgot lol my fishroom is almost finished,I'm moving some of my tanks over the weekend :) I'll take some pics and show it off lol :)
