hi, can i put two of my baby occellaris clownfish and a peppermint shrimp in a 20 gallon with 6 pounds of cured live rock and 30 pounds of sand with a aqueon 30 filter and a powerhead? also if i can how many water changes will i have to do per month? thanks!

As long as the flow is sufficient, there are no dead spots, and the nirtates stay below 30 mg/L (for a FOWLR aquarium) or below 20 mg/L for a reef seup, it should be ok. You will need more LR for the angel to graze on though. 25 lbs or more should be good.

Since you don't have a skimmer, weekly water changes are a MUST.
