I plan on moving my fish in my 10 gallon tank to my new 20 gallon tank I plan on setting up. I am going to up the neons to 10 neons. Then I want to get a single keyhole cichlid, and maybe a bristlenose, or 4 corries. But I have some questions first-

Will hte keyhole and ram fight if the keyhole turns out to be a male? If it is a female will they interbreed? Thank you for your help, and ANy more stocking suggestions will be appriciated, however, I think If I add too much more that the tank might be over run. I want all of them to have free swimming space without any other fish being in their way/ terrotory.

they shouldn't interbreed.

Id keep a pair of Rams in all honesty :)

A Keyhole and a Ram should be fine together both are placid for cichlids so should be fine. They wont breed. The Keyhole will grow to about 5inch and the Ram to about 4inch. Both would be fine with the Tetras and planed bottom feeders.

I can't get a pair of rams because I already have a lone male. ANfd I don't want to risk loosing him for a female. THey don't always pair up if they are male and female, so I would be worried about that. The plan looks like 10 neon tetras, 1 keyhole cichlid, one ram, and maybe a bristlenose, or corries.
