So, I knew that my new 35 was not that big, but I didn't realize it was only a 20 - we had a death of a close friend and I guess my mind has just been out of it. So, here is the stocking list that I originally had, can you guys help tweak it for a 20 gallon?

4 Swords (from my fry batch)
4 Mollies (from my fry batch)

6 Black Widow Tetras (already have)
6 Cardinal Tetras

Possibly some dwarf chain loaches (6) or dwarf cories (6)
Pleco (not sure what kind)

Thanks

What are you going to put in the 55 gallon?

The 55-gallon will stay as is, minus the black widow tetras. Eventually, I will be adding a few fish to that one - some dwarf rainbows, bleeding heart tetras (possibly) or the serpae and a few more cories.

I wouldnt get the cardinals...and maybe move the black widows, only because mollies and swords grow so big!

Yeah, I would leave the black widows where they are, nippy little gits, lol! Do you not fancy making it a brackish tank? Mollies and swords would love you for it. But whatever you decide, I'd leave the black widows in the big tank, in a smaller tank they'll get too bg for their boots and start nipping at other fish or each other.
