hi i have 20 gallon tank 24 inches in length with 25 pounds of live rock , wanted to get some corals which corals could i keep with 65 watts . it has 2 bulbs 1 daylight and one actinic bulb? also were is the best place to place the corals at the top near the lighting or at the bottom of the tank further from the lighting

Are they T5's? Wait, daft question, two tubes over a 20G tank making 64W, course they are  Do they have individual reflectors?

Most softies will be fine  You *may* get away with certain LPS corals higher up, but I personally wouldn't try it  The majority of SPS species are off limits though

All the best

Yet 65watts is usually a designation for PC lamps...

I would stick to polyps and mushrooms no that kind of lighting. You can also introduce things like sponges and gorgonians if your water quality is good and stable as well as having a good feeding regiment for those guys.
