20 Gal Aquascaped 1/20/07 (updated Pics 2/21/07

Actualy the tank looks better then it did before.ROFL, but some of the plants need a little recovery time, unfornately my son has whatever sickness is going around and in the middle of resca[eing the tank I had to leave everything out. Usauly i would have kept all the plants in a 5 gallon bucket of tank water until i was ready to put them in but his demands for my time before I got a chance.

results were some slightly wilted leaves which will either die off or bounce back within the next 3-4 days. the comment by Sf05 about the background was dead on, the black background in the current set up actual brings out the plants color, I think this is becuase of the light colored sand reflexing the light better.

Anyway maybe after today I can post another pic , if for nothing else for refference for next week......

here is the tank after the little mishap, but it is gonna fill out a lot by next week and the mishap will seem like it never happened

Oh I added a piece of driftwood covered (freshly) in java moss. I did this mainly becuase something was missing in the open area towards the right side of the tank.

Well the plants have come back to life, again I am pleged with more Hygrophila difformis then I know how to handle, but I think since my algae issues seem to be a thing of the poast I will just upgrade to something a little more stunning

Anyway here is a pic I took list night

Any idea what to replace the Hygrophila difformis in the rear right side of the tank with? My CO2 ladder and heater are in that corner
