2 Pregnant Guppies (Pic Added)

I've now got m 2 female guppies from my mate and after researching and comparing etc, I can say that they are both pregnant

I don't have my camera on me at this moment but they both have a gravid spot, it's pretty dark and i think i saw a pair of eyes (or set of 2 eyes), in one female

They are swimming about at the moment, staying at the top of the tank but are moving around.

Is there anyway of finding out how far they are along?

I go by shapes Beth. In my estimation, that female has at least 2 weeks to go and maybe even more.

the other girl is bigger,more rounded, so my guessing would be a week then (?). Are there common signs of when they will drop, will they slow their swimming down? sit in one spot?

They both gobbled down some bloodworm last night, looked like they couldn't swim about for a while, both sat on a plant for about 30mins after

i need to know that question to cause my prego guppy its her first pregnancy and im afraid she might die cause she used to move alot!

Just had a big christmas dinner and not out running around Beth? I don't find that at all unusual. I look for a squaring off to tell me my females are close to a drop. I find mere size is often more a sign of good eating and slow actions are often a result of eating a big meal. The gravid spot on a guppy is something I have been getting wrong now for over 50 years so I finally stopped looking at it and started keying off the shape.

It can indeed be frustrating when an expected drop simply does not happen.
I try very hard to take the approach that I will ignore any potential drop until I see one. I am sure that I am a disappointment to some of my fellow MODs but I regard my own responsibility to the rest of the fish keeping community as being distinct. There are plenty of closely related subjects that I have chosen not to follow in this tread. Please disregard any emphasis that I have inadvertently given to any one vendor.

I remember waiting for myself to drop, when I was pregnant, that was frustrating but this, this is even worse

Just keep thinking I want to get the fry before the fish do
