19 Litre Cube Tank

A friend of mine has bought this tank and was told it was fine to put a fantail in. I'm not sure this is appropriate. Your thoughts.

If not what fish could you suggest?

IMO you'd need at least tank 4-5 times the size of this cube for a fantail. I wouldn't want to put a fancy in anything less than 100L or so.

A betta along with a few male endlers would be a nice idea for a 19L cube tank. Shrimp would also make a good option.
