138l Tank, What Would You Do With It?

I have been given a 138L tank by my girlfriends dad, I want to keep a plec, some catfish and maybe some cories. I also want to have some a few rasboras and some tetras.

What would you keep in it?

and do you have any suggestions as to what types of plec and catfish, I can keep in it?

Personally i would do a chocolate gourami setup?

I would love some galaxy rasboras, but not seen any for sale

By the time i have it set up, they might be in the LFS i use. Got to buy a heater and filters etc, etc.
