Having some issues with cloudy water in the mother inlaws tank

Tank is 100 litre juwel. The filter is a supafish aquaflow 200. It has a small cut out in the middle of the foam for carbon pellets to be added. The filter is 3months old.

I have added a small air stone to the tank too.

water changes are every 3days - 25% and the levels are spot on so the LFS says (water sample taken to them)

So what could be causing the cloudy water?

Is the tank newly set up? Could b bacterial bloom which happens in newly set up tanks.

Over feeding can lead to it but if its an established tank I wud guess that the same feeding habits were kept?

Depends how much she feeds at a time. It fine to feed daily but shudnt b putting in much more than a pinch.

My Tank Where Cloudy found out it where for putting warm water so did a 50% water change n it went clear.

i will i did it to me an cud not get rid of it so asked my bro who worked in a pet shop e told me do that n it worked for me.

Any new additions to the tank? Over stocking can cause cloady tank but wudnt all of a sudden start unless a fair few fish were newly introduced. As for adding hot water doubt it wud be that, unless boiling water was added but I don't think anyones that stupid lol even then it wud clear within hours I wud think. How long has it been cloady for?

Fair enuf. I wud have thought that it wud clear after a day or so buy itself. Buy the sounds of it the problem has been for a few days.
