I have 3 molly fry, that are 1 month and a couple days old, I know it's still to early to sex them, but when can I expect to see them change? They all look like females right now,
(but that's how they always start right?)
anyways, their getting bigger each day, I do a 50% water change once or twice a week, should I be doing more frequently? But less %?
and I feed them 4-6 times a day,
am I doing everything right?

Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! ^^

You are doing fine with the water changes. Once you get up to 3 or 4 of the 50% changes a week, there is not much point to going further on water changes but you are almost doing as much good the way you are doing it. I find my molly fry hard to sex at less than about 1 1/2 inches long. The growth depends on the frequency of feeding, the suitability of the food, the water change regime and the fish's ability to grow fast, as determined by its unique set of genes. We control some parts of the equation but far from all of the factors so it is hard to say in terms of time.

Hmm, ok! Well, it should be interesting to see how they turn out anyways! :)
