What's the general consensus on keeping guppies with danio erythromicron? I love my guppies and love the look of the danios but im worried theyd feel overly shy around the guppies since theyre so active?? :)thanks

Mine was an Ottakars (I remember because they added a P to the front of the sign before a harry potter release night!) but the tank only went in a year ago when it had been a waterstones for a while. im going to speak with the staff who are friendly because those fish look stressed and sad to me :(

I did keep neons and platies together and had no losses for about 5 years but I'd rather they were healthy...do you have any recommendations for a replacement for the neons that would be better?

Hey i just got a 70l tank which is currently cycling! Im a relative beginner (only had one 60l when i was a teenager) so i was interested in some fish like platies, neon tets and guppies but was wondering what sort of numbers i should be getting them in so theyre happy but not overstocked! thanks :D

Okay sounds like rams are a no-go for me for now! I like the idea of a shoal of tetras with the guppies so thanks! :)

Thanks for the advice so far guys :) Also I think I have soft water but I dont know for sure right now as I live in a grey area between hard water and soft water areas haha *hard not soft! hah
