Your defenatly gonna have to get a way bigger tank. I mean the oscars and jack dempsy would be good but pushing it. Especially with an arrowana it self. So maybr grow them but savs up for a big tank

Its a 30 gallon tank. Petco only said African cichlids and there really small babys and petco also said they only get 2-6 inches.

I just set up a new tank with 4 cichlids! Im wanting to add some catfish and 1-2 shrimp. So suggest what to add that will go with my cichlids!

I originally was going to get a 20 gallon but decided to get a 55. Im probably geting 1 rainbow shark, 2 pictus catfish, and maybe some silver dollars or some kind of schooler fish that u could recommend. Ive had these even with a full grown oscar before but maybe that was just luck.

Well if you dont want a agressive tank i wouldnt suggest the cichlid family of fish. I have a bala shark and they are very active and i love him but you need a school of them with a group at least 6+ and can grow to 12 inches. A larger fish i would suggest is a school of silver dollars or...
