    Help, Guppies Dying

I feed once a day these days, but I think that I might feed too much to them...could that cause this problem?

    Help, Guppies Dying

Hello, I have had this 10 gallon tank for about 9 months now, and in the past few weeks, I have lost a higher than normal number of guppies. I have tested the water several times and have 0ppm of ammonia, nitrite, and ~20 ppm of nitrates. I have lost around 3 or 4 in the past two weeks and none...

46g Bowfront hood and light assistance needed

The sheet is actually flexible, and I cut two sheets so the the front one can kind of "hinge" when you feed them. I will say that it doesn't look quite as good as a glass lid, but it does the job. Here's a link to the light that I have (it's fantastic!!), Plus a few others with good reviews...

46g Bowfront hood and light assistance needed

I understand your struggles...I recommend making a lid out of corrugated polycarbonate. It is used in making roofing for greenhouses so it is clear and super cheap. You can cut it in any shape that you want. You can also find it at your local hardware store. I'll include two pics that both work...

    Attaching Java moss to driftwood

That's great to hear! I always like to ask this when people are asking questions about new tanks because MANY people don't know that a tank needs cycled...and that can end up ruining the hobby for newcomers. Anyways, yea I really like using super glue but make sure that it is cyanoacrylate only...

    Attaching Java moss to driftwood

I wouldn't worry about the fishing line, it won't cause any issues. Also, super glue is a much easier way to attach Java moss to wood and it is completely safe to fish. I personally super glue all of my moss to rocks and wood and there is no mess PLUS no obvious fishing line! I'll include a...

    Guppies on top of tank?

I recently got a beautiful extended trio of red lace metalhead guppies with a bunch of fry, and I also already had lots of fry in the tank. I just noticed that many of the fry hang out at the top of the tank and mainly stay in the same place. They don't seem to be gasping, but I want to make...
