Looking into starting life on the saltier side of fishkeeping, and am currently looking at tanks. Are tanks that have a built in sump system at the back of the tank any good? Or is it better to get a tank, drill it and install a sump beneath it? Thanks

I'm by no means an expert on the matter but as long as it causes the water to ripple at the surface then that is fine, isn't it? I.e. no need for the surface to actually create bubbles. I may be wrong but this is how I use my external filter.

Did you dechlorinate the water?

To reiterate what others have said these sharks are not good to start a tank off with especially if the filter isn't already cycled. However, on terms of not keeping them with other fish I don't think that is completely correct. You shouldn't keep more than one as they will fight, no questions...
