So should I put the curtain at the bottom of the tank or more towards to the top?

I put a 2 piece air curtain in the bottom of my fish tank. It is attached to the glass via 3 suction cups. The first half keeps floating up after about 20 mins of being attached to the glass. What should I do?

I want my tank to look like this tank in terms of the air stone at the right side of the tank in the video. Is this called an air stone where the water goes up? I've seen some at the store that are only a couple inches long but this one looks a like a good foot and a half. Where can I buy this...

Which one does this fish have? It has this white stuff growing around it's eye and body. There are also red spots apparent in various spots around my fish. One example of the red spot is right below the top fin. You can see it in this pic:

No, the fish are white. Nitrates are now at 30ppm. Do you think that the fish will actually get better or is this permanent.

Yes, nitrites and amonia were 0. I just want to make sure that this fish doesn't have a disease that the other fish can get.

Nitrates were at 200 before as I didn't know that I was suppose to do water changes but they are now normal at around 50. Ammonia and NItrite are on par.

This fish's face is looking weird. Almost like a coating of some sort has developed over his eye and mouth. What could it be? I have two of these same fish and the only one of them has these symptoms.
