White Stuff On Plants And Glass

I'm new to fish keeping and just spotted white spots(very small,not moving) on my plants and glass. Can someone please help me what kind of algae it might be?

Hmm got any snails?

No I don't. I have added a bristle nose catfish and he at least cleaned up the windows as they had the white stuff as well. I wiped it one day but it came back the next day already.
 
Maybe it was overfeeding.
 
It seems to go away slowly now.
