Use Current Water Or Start New Cycle, Help?

Checked the ammonia this morning and it was at 0.25ppm but still no nitrites. I still have nitrates in the water but I think that night have something to do with the live bacteria treatment I used? I have added 1.5ml of ammonia and the tank is currently at 1ppm so will keep checking it.

Help please.. I added 1.5ml of ammonia yesterday, it went to 1ppm then this morning there was no ammonia but nitrates were at 25, added more ammonia and within hours no ammonia is showing in my tank but nitrates are now at 50.. Does this mean my tank has cycled? Totally missing out nitrites? It was old filter media and gravel etc that had been in the tank originally but I've only ever cycled a tank from scratch before. So currently my water parameters are 0ppm ammonia, 0ppm nitrites and 50ppm nitrates. Do I add more ammonia or water change then add fish? Thanks
