Two 13,5 inch oscars just suit fine in a 40 gallon tank (even if they wanna turn)

Well, I got myself two 13,5 inch big oscars recently. I've read a lot about their needs and what tank size they need to be in. I'm perfectly happy with my 40 gallon tank and they fit in perfectly...

So, I don't get it that people say that they need a bigger tank...

I always thought Oscars kept that way would turn into blockbusters, but I guess the point is academic with that morph. I just hope the crowding doesn't cause a grammy negative bacterial infection.
