Tanganyikan Tank

Hi I have been trying to set this tank up for a while now and it has become an obsession, not anywhere near finished yet , originally I wanted dark rocks and still do , for the meantime I'm going to put in some more tufa rock because its cheap and light , had som java fern in there and amazon frogbit but thought it spoiled it, its only snaps with a moblie phone but would appreicate any feedback or tips for room for improvement , first attempts at pictures so hope the're ok,,,,

Get some dark river rock from any river or stream near you. They work and look lovely in my aquarium. Just make sure you boil them first. I soaked mine in Chloronated water first.

I'm not sure if you realize, but she is keeping shelldwellers, without the shells she's going to have some very unhappy fish.


I do agree that replacing the tuffa with dark rocks would look very nice indeed.
