Is it better to stick you male in the breeding tank at night or in the morning to get aquainted with the tank? I have also heard 2 different things. Is it better to put them both in at same time, or 1 then the other?

Thanks

i heard put the male in 1st to get to know his new tank... then next morning put female in her container... and that night let her out..

not positive but thats what i remember

i heard you put the male inot hte breeding tank, give it a day or two and let him adjust, put hte female in with some sort of container, let them stare at each other until you see hte female start making eggs and have vertical stripes, that's why you put htem in together.

I dont' think ther'es a specific time, whenever hte female is ready to breed is when you should put her in with the male.

well i put them both in the same time, but im kind of changing my mind and letting the male in first then the female the next day

Is there anyway I can buy a betta where I know exactly how old they are because lps dont know at all.
