Parrot fish?

I was getting fish today and I seen some really pretty fish called "parrot fish" are these community fish? these ones were orange, pink and then white ones with blue on them.

these are not really a communtiy fish. The blood parrots is a hybrid between a severum and a red devil. Because they are a hybrid each different one can vary in aggresion. The others that you saw that were pink, yellow and blue are injected with dye to make them have this color. these fish usually lose that color as they get older, but the oragne/ red ones have that color throughout life becuase they are not dyed.
