I would suggest--and it is only a suggestion, because the photo is not very clear and the fish are understandably stressed and thus not true colouration--that they may be Poecilia (Acanthophacelus) obscura. The orange is present, but no sharp black as on P. (A.) wingei. But it is also perhaps more likely that these are the guppy, P. reticulata.

The paper describing the new species P. (A.) obscura has photos of wild fish of all three species:

As you have the fish in front of you, comparison to the photos may tell you something.

I do not know how common P. (A.) obscura is in the hobby, but I would think very rare.

Byron.

They may seem to look a bit like p. obscura and also look like any other wild type of P.reticulata.

they should not be classed as p. obscura or of any type without a reliable source of identification.

Thanks for your time and answer, here some pics and video,
I'm kinda fascinating about small fishes, and P Obscura is kinda small, and yes it's not quite common here (LFS) that's why I wanted it (P. Obscura). Also that fish was from my grandma since she owned A farm and natural pond, she gave me as a present since I bought aquarium..^^
here's the vid and pics
