how would i find out the postal charges, if its not too bad i will consider it but i am in no way responsible for any damage caused in postage and i will take pics as im wrapping it to prove there is no damage when it leaves my possesion, as u can tell i really dont trust the postal service

Only way I can think of would be using a courier
Same goes for me regarding postal service
Obviously I would have to post my light bar to you so it would have to be financially viable if we were to risk it
