clamped fins=no good. flicking can also be casued by internal parasites. have you seen him poop? is it long stringy mucousy or white? if so, you need and internal med. to "get" him to poo, try letting him flare at a mirror. this seems to make mine go. also does he appear bloated or skinny? what are you stats for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
