Nitrite levels has it not cycled properly??

I have had my 200 litre tank for 6 weeks. I filled it and ran it empty for a week then added 5 danios into it. After 3 weeks I gradually put my other fish in from my other tank. I have done 25% water changes each week and test water with API master. For the last 4 days my Nitrites have been 0.25 to 0.50. Nitrates are 0 and ammonia back to 0 after going to 0.25. Im thinking now that I have rushed and obviously just started cycling the tank . The fish are healthy no gasping and none are bottom or top resting . Should I carry on with daily changes or let it rest a bit ?? Any advice please
