If you've ordered it already, I owuld run it without the fans first and see what happens. If your heater is never on but the tank temp is always 30, you may wnat to add a fan then? Just a thought

heater is always on due to me keeping my house so cool throughout the year. I will give it a shot and see for a day or so.
