Hi, Today i went out get some fish food well anyways came across this little guy i had to have him, not sure exactly what kind of mollie he is apart from hes a albino, am thinking he may be a hybrid what do you guys think?

Its a sailfin molly. I have one just like it. (Except for the albino part)
 
The caudal peduncle looks a bit thin for a standard sailfin molly. I can't help much with the ID but it is close to a typical sailfin.
It is a very pretty fish but I'm not sure of the ID.
 
The dorsal fin is larger than the common molly and the shape is almost right for a sailfin, but the dorsal is unpatterned and still too small and as oldman said caudal peduncle too thin... I'd say 1/4 sailfin 3/4 sphenops or other smaller molly. Maybe even half and half but I probably would have expected to see some spotting on the dorsal fin in that case. Anyway, VERY pretty fish - I would have nabbed him too. I've never seen a molly that colour before, he is beautiful!
 
i have a sailfin male like that 2 except he is bright orange with orange eyes
