Green Lantern Platy Not Moving

I got two Green Lanterns to go along with my Hifin Platy. One of the Green Lanterns is just staying still looking at his reflection, and he hasnt moved at all for 2 hours. When I look at it head on, I can see his fins moving. Is this normal? I just put them in yesterday. The other green lantern has been doing fine.

It's normal in that it sometimes takes a few days for fish to settle in to a new tank.
 
Having said that, it could also be a symptom of poor water quality; I seem to remember you're doing a fish-in cycle? Have you tested for ammonia and/or nitrite?

I am going to do that soon. The fish seems to have perked up a bit.
