I was cleaning my tank today and took out approx half the water in a water change. I was trying to find some fry which I which I had spotted and didn't want chuck them down the sink by mistake so was checking the bucket carefully. I spotted a weird looking little thing, about 6mm big, clear. After looking on the internet I think it was a ghost shrimp. My question is where could it have come from? Ive put it back into the tank but now obviously cant see it again. I was given some Guppies from a friend, could it have hitched a ride? Surely I would have seen it when I floated the bag? What should I do?
