Hi, I am new here and I could do with some help please, I set the new tank up and thought I had done quite a good job but after a short time the pump made a terrible noise and when I checked the rear pump area back left hand side was completely dry and the water level at the front was so high it was trickling over the rim at the front of the tank. The middle filter section also appeared to have no water in it but the rear left section was as high as the front area. What have I done wrong. All filters in correct , I have had fish tanks for years but this has puzzled me. Any help gratefully received. Thanks in advance.
