As long as he eats, defecates and swims well, I'd leave him like this.
Bloat can happen. Boiled peas could work. But again, I don't think it's bloat.
 
I have absolutely no clue what's happened now, I think it may have been dropsy as hes rapidly gone downhill.
He isn't as fat now but his eyes are bulging and his scales look a little yellow.
I've put him in a separate tub as hes dragging along everything, the filters are blowing him around etc.
I'm going to euthanise him today as there isn't anything else I can do.

Oh no… those symptoms sound like an internal bacterial infection…
At this stage it’s likely too late, you can try salt or antibiotics, but at this stage it may be better to put him out of his misery.

I euthanized him when I posted the comment. He looked like a little koi fish!
