So i've got a 20 gallon tank which includes 13 endlers and 1 endler-guppy hybrid (all male)and the normal endlers are constantly chasing the hybrid. At first i thought it was just a game but whenever i look in the tank his being chased.

Is this normal at all? Are they picking on him because his bigger? Will it work out (i've had them about a month)? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I'm thinking i'll probably have to find him a new home anyway

I have never seen true endlers pick on anything that was moving. I have seen them pick at snails the way many livebearers pick at almost any stationary object but I would not call it an attack by any stretch. True endlers display almost constantly but are far gentler than any guppy when it comes to mating pressures. I have never had any guppy crosses in my tanks because I am a pure endlers breeder, so I can't say how they interact but I find your description questionable based on what I have seen.
