Dying Shrimp...

Well, One of my shrimps is all..snowy-looking and is sinking to the bottom (it is hanging on...) usually winding up on it's back in the corner of the breeding trap he's in. (He's a ghost shrimp, also...)

My main question is will whatever this guy has hurt my fish or the other shrimp?
I doubt he's going to make it, and it's too late to medicate him (no place is open).

i'm anything but an invertebrate expert, but i imagine that depends highly on what he has if it's an illness, or if its old age, stress, or damage done by other fish/invertebrates in the tank.
