You are supposed to quarantine any fish you buy before putting them into your tank. But I almost never quarantine fish. Unless they have some sign of possible disease, I float them and release them. If you are buying your frogs from a reputable source, and they appear healthy and active, I would do the same. Although, the safest thing to do, would of course be to quarantine.
