Crooked Pleco Tail

Hello! I have a 8 inch Pleco with a crooked tail. This is definitely not normal. I have found multiple theories about this. Ex: Low calcium, stuck in one place for too long or in a very small tank, birth defect, or mishandling.

Nitrite-0ppm
Hardness-150ppm
Chlorine-0ppm
Alkalinity-60ppm
pH-7.8

It's either been broken by something or is a genetic defect.
