Would it be safe for Shrimp to be kept with YoYo loach in a well planted tank?

Not really. Crustaceans are present in most habitats of tropical fish, and are generally one of the foods eaten by carnivorous fish. Loaches in the genus Botia are very adept at eating most any small live food, like snails, so they will usually have no difficulty hunting out shrimp.
