Can i add fish now...

i transfered all my gravel from one of my tank to my new tank, and i added some new gravel too, the tank is ..cloudy?

can someone answers these questions for me...

1. Is the fluval 4+ not good enough for a 55 gallon?
2. can i add some fish to the tank to cycle? (zebra danios)
3. (only applied to big tanks) does your big tanks cloud? veiwed from the side? i mean is it crystal clear? (it might be my not well cleaned gravel)

Filter should be sufficient, although I beleive in running more than one filter.

If you added material from old tank, tank should near the end of cycle, test your water, after feeding ammonia.

Big tanks can be crystal clear. Post pic.

In any case water changes, should clear it up, if indeed you did not clean gravel well enough
