Hiya, first post here after snooping for a couple of years.

One of my Channa andrao has developed black dots on her head, and she and the rest of the tank inhabitants are flashing regularly, but there are no other symptoms in the tank and parameters are absolutely normal (0ppm nitrites, 0ppm ammonia, negligible nitrates). Iā€™m looking for suggestions about what might be wrong, if anything is wrong at all. Hole in the head? Flukes? Female tubercles? (She is ready to breed again and gravid) infection? These are my most prized fish and I love them as individuals so would really appreciate some help. Iā€™m really hoping Iā€™m just being a helicopter parent and her sensory pores are just enlarged or more visible at the moment for some reason, but thereā€™s very little dwarf Channa info out there and I have only been keeping fish for a couple of years, so just looking for some tips. Please someone prove my fish hypochondria wrong šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«
