Can anyone tell me whether or not it is normal for a male black mollie to constantly chase around the female, to the point that the female hides in the corners to escape?

Thanks!

Yes it is...I have a Male that almost killed my female I had to seperate her from him, until I got some more females now hes bad but not as bad...Its good to have at least 2-3 females per male

That's normal. In my case, the female chased the male to exhaustion. As I found out later.........Ratio for mollies is 2 females to 1 male. Made all the difference in my tank. :D
