Can plants get ammonia burn or something?? Because my plant was growing fine for the first couple of days that it sprouted and now there are little black spots and in some areas holes on the leaves. Not to mention that my plant took forever to sprout and my sisters started sprouting about 3 days after i plopped it the tank. Is it the ammonia?

Yes, you can burn plants with Ammonia in sufficient concentration. Where is the ammonia coming from and how much of it is there. Fish will not tolerate ammonia.

oh yes I kno this and I have been trying to get the ammonia down for the past... well... forever... but it refuses to go down no matter how many water changes I do and I posted this... not the plant part... in the ER forum and I got responces but then they jst sorta stop coming and now I have a probem becuase my water is cloudy and i dont kno why and my tetra was swimming weird yesterday so no i'm off to look for another forum for help <_<
