Baby Molly Sizes

I got eight baby Mollies when I set up my tank. Now two-three months later they are all different sizes. The biggest is twice the size of a neon tetra and the smallest is half the size of a neon tetra with others inbetween.

Is this normal or am I underfeeding?

I think it's normal, I had 3 smaller ones & they died. But I'm pretty sure someone had them as a snack.
